We have been providing traditional on-site auction services since 1980 with a primary focus on SERVICE.  With over 150 years combined experience, our auction crews are trained to completely manage your auction. We are experienced in estate sales, municipal auctions, heavy/farm equipment, business liquidations and real estate sales as well. We are a high value auction service with auctioneers licensed in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. 

We truly enjoy our work and have a passion for estate auctions. Our crews completely clean out houses, set up and sell the personal property and real estate, sweep the floors and lock the doors before  we leave the premises.
All proceeds are managed the the Executor or Attorney for the estate.

We are equipped to travel anywhere in the southeastern and central Indiana region.  We are self-contained, furnishing all the necessary equipment to conduct the auction.  We can also arrange for food service , portable restrooms, tents and whatever your needs may be.
